Some of our products, especially WordPress plugins and themes, are provided as license activation services only.

  • No downloadable files are provided
  • Activation is done manually on your website
  • Each order is valid for one domain only

Once the service is completed, it cannot be reversed or refunded.

Non-Delivered Products

If you experience issues accessing or downloading your product (broken links or technical errors), contact us within 14 days at contact@diginesthub.com. We will fix the issue or provide a full refund if delivery fails.

Incorrect Purchases

If you purchased the wrong product by mistake, contact us within 7 days, and we will review your request for a possible refund or exchange.

Content Not as Described

If the product does not match the description, contact us within 14 days with details. Refunds are not guaranteed but may be granted at our discretion.

WordPress Products (License Activation Services)

For all WordPress-related products (plugins, themes, etc.):

  • This is a service, not a downloadable product
  • We install and activate the license directly on your website
  • The license is tied to your domain name

No Refund Policy

All WordPress services are strictly non-refundable once completed.

  • Change of mind after activation
  • Domain change after activation
  • Providing a temporary or incorrect domain
  • Misunderstanding of the service (activation only)
  • Any request made after successful activation

If you change your domain later, the license will not transfer and will require a new activation.

Non-Refundable Cases (General)

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Successful download of the product
  • Requests made after 14 days
